Caterer Carrie Sayers established Sayers Catering in 2001, out of a love for cooking and an enthusiasm for using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Her passion for cooking has been enhanced by her extensive travel in Europe, including Ireland, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Italy and Turkey.
